CASE RELATED DOCUMENTS: KBR EMAILS AND INCIDENT REPORTS

Produced in court as part of the proceedings, these internal KBR documents have now been made public. They were previously under seal of the court.

The following pdf files are available for review. They contain email traffic preceeding the tragic event of April 9, 2004 when a KBR convoy was sent into an area that had been under heavy enemy attack. 6 people working for KBR were killed and 14 were seriously wounded.

The emails before and after the horrible attack reflect KBR's knowledge of the danger and a willingness to risk the lives of civilian contractors. Also included here are incident reports following the attack.

The documents are grouped into 12 pdf files with a table of contents.
