Award-Winning Attorney, Tommy Fibich
Since 1974, Tommy Fibich has been a crusader for plaintiffs. He represented those hurt by Fen/Phen in the first class action case. He and his firm won the first judgment against the makers of Fentanyl and the Duragesic pain patch. In 2008, Fibich Hampton & Leebron secured a settlement from KBR Inc. on behalf a soldier killed in Iraq while assisting the corporate contractor's work crew. He currently represents wounded drivers and the family members of those killed when a KBR convoy was ambushed in an active combat zone in Iraq.
