Andrew Dunlap recently joined Fibich Hampton and is currently active on our wage and hour and employment class action team. Andrew focuses the rest of his energy pursuing litigation in a variety of areas, including:
• water and ground contamination
• pharmaceutical and medical device product liability
• automobile and tire defect litigation
• Qui Tam/False Claims Act
• trademark/copyright infringement and dilution
Andrew developed the advocacy skills he uses today while attending Michigan State University College of Law. Andrew participated in the Rental Housing Clinic, where he regularly argued in court and negotiated on behalf of plaintiffs across Michigan. Andrew went on to receive the Jurisprudence Award for his zealous advocacy.
Andrew was also selected to participate in the Immigration Law Clinic. He regularly appeared and argued in Federal Immigration Court.
Andrew is dedicated lawyer -- fighting for the rights of plaintiffs nationwide.
