Michael Josephson is a native of Houston, Texas. Michael graduated cum laude from the University of Houston and received his law degree from the South Texas College of Law. Michael is dedicated to the representation of individuals in matters involving personal injury, unfair insurance practices and unpaid overtime compensation.


In his mass tort and toxic tort practice, Michael has represented a wide variety of clients in claims involving occupational exposure to asbestos and silica. Michael has also represented clients in connection with wrongful death, premises liability, property damage, auto accident and other personal injury lawsuits.


In his commercial litigation practice, Michael has represented companies in lawsuits involving fraud, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices and bad faith claims against insurance companies. Finally, Michael has represented hundreds of individuals in lawsuits and collective actions to recover unpaid wages, benefits and overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
